Carmen Barr, Broker, Realtor
Carmen has over 20 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. She has the experience and expertise necessary to help clients achieve their goals in buying, selling, and investing in their homes.
Carmen started her career in real estate as a residential appraiser at the William Calomiris Investment Corp. in Washington, DC. In 2006, after working as a residential Appraiser for 10 years, Carmen became a Broker with John L. Scott Real Estate. In 2012, Carmen joined Re/Max Alliance in Sammamish.
Carmen was born in Peru and came to the US at the age of 16. Her husband Jeff is from Pennsylvania and works at Amazon. They met while they were in college and together have raised 5 wonderful kids. They are now the proud grandparents of 7 grandchildren.
Bianca Barr, Broker, Realtor
Bianca spent the first five years of her career as an aerospace engineer. One of the parts that she loved the most about being an aerospace engineer was helping customers fly their experiments and payloads aboard a complex launch vehicle.
Bianca is now channeling her desire to serve others by joining her mom as a broker in the real estate industry. Bianca’s clients appreciate her deep commitment, accessibility, and high level of care that she brings to every interaction.
Living in the Seattle area brings a huge amount of joy to Bianca’s life. She especially enjoys visiting the San Juan Islands and spending time outdoors in her flower and vegetable garden. She lives with her husband, daughter, and two dogs in West Seattle.
